What is the exact area of the sector in terms of ​ π ​?

Area of sector = 1/2 r²Θ
r=radius of circle
Θ=central angle

Θ=60° to convert it into radian multiply it with π/180° we get Θ= π/3
Now,
Area of sector =1/2(12)²(π/3)=24π
