x+3y=6
3y=-x+6
y=-(1/3)x+2

m=-1/3
y=mx+c
When y=2, x=-3, m=(-1/3),
2=(-1/3)*(-3)+c
2=1+c
c=1
So, the equation would be:
y=(-1/3)x+1

Hopefully that helps
