f(x)=x2,

g(x)=f(3x)=(3x)2=9x2

Now to graph y=9x2. This is a parabola (U-shape), vertex at (0, 0), symmetric aroung y  axis. When x=1/3 or -1/3, then y=1.

So, try to draw the graph.
