Answer:

The polynomial is [tex]x^{4}-4x^{3}+3x^{2}[/tex]

Step-by-step explanation:

∵ The polynomial of dgree 4 has 3 , 1 and zero as a double root

∴ x = 3 , x = 1 , x = 0 , x = 0

∴ The factors of this polynomials are:

   (x - 3) , (x - 1) , (x) , (x)

∴The polynomial = (x)(x)(x - 3) (x - 1)

∴ The polynomial = [tex]x^{2}(x^{2}-4x+3)=x^{4}-4x^{3}+3x^{2}[/tex]
