This case was one of the cases that had redefined the
judicial review in the United States. This case also had redefined the boundary
of the constitutional separate executive and the Judicial branches of
government. The said case started when US Sec. Madison refused to deliver the
documents of Judge William Marbury’s appointment as Justice of Peace in the
District of Columbia.
