Iam 220 pounds (100 kg) weight , is it ok for me to run on tread mill ? does it cause any injuries if i run with this weight?

I would not run...I would first walk 5 min at 1.2. 5 min at 1.5....5 min at 1.1....never stop a treadmill after you are using it.. stay at 1.1 for 5 min for your cool down..... Do this for two weeks to begin Dr.Dena....
