30% is savings so therefore 70% is expenses.

Therefore 70% = 14,000
Find 1% (Divide by 70)
1% = 200
Find 100% (Total Income) (Multiply by 100)
100% = 20,000

Total Income = 20,000

Savings = 30% of Total Income

Find 10% (Divide by Ten)

10% = 2000

Find 30% (Multiply by three)

30% = 6000

Therefore:

Total Income = 20,000
Savings = 6,000
