im a highschool student but we are doing this stuff and this is how i learned it: calculate the area of the larger sector ([tex]\frac{64\pi }{6}[/tex]) and subtract the smaller sector([tex]\frac{25\pi }{6}[/tex]) from it to get  [tex]\frac{39\pi }{6}[/tex]  which can be simplified to [tex]\frac{13\pi }{2}[/tex].
