for an equation with slope m and point (x1,y1)
the equation is
y-y1=m(x-x1)

slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(x,y)
(7,5)
(-4,-1)

slope=(-1-5)/(-4-7)=(-6)/(-11)=6/11

point is (7,5) or (-4,-1)
equation is

y-5=(6/11)(x-7) and
y+1=(6/11)(x+4)
