[tex] \frac{1}{3} [/tex] ÷ 5 = [tex] \frac{1}{15} [/tex]

5 ÷ [tex] \frac{1}{3} [/tex] =  [tex] \frac{15}{1} [/tex]

Therefore the one on the right is the greater on because the answer is [tex] \frac{15}{1} [/tex] and the other one equals to [tex] \frac{1}{15} [/tex]
