Pretty effective since women are in school today. Also women are able to read and write as they please thanks to reforms. Before this men had absolute power and that is whats scary. Whenever males or females have to much power they simply lose it. Like when the males had power they ended up downgrading the women. Another trama possible example would be if hillary won. Then the women would have to much power.
