Answer: The decisions taken by the Chief Minister and other ministers should be debated in the Legislative Assembly because they run the government and their decisions have to approved by the members of the legislative assembly. These members can ask any questions in the democracy because they have main authority. Thus the decisions are debated for the benefit of entire people.
