-x        -x
y= -2 -x

2x -3y = -9
2x -3(-2 -x) = -9
2x +6 +3x = -9
     -6            -6
5x = -15
5x/5 = -15/5
x= -3

y= -2 -x
y= -2 -(-3)
y= -2 +3
y= 1

the answer: (-3,1)
