Refractors telescopes utilize specially designed lenses to focus the light on an image. A Reflector telescope uses mirrors, which causes light to reflect at different angles within the optical tube and extends the overall light path.
The reflective telescope uses mirrors to catch light and reflect it to the eyepiece. A refractive telescope is kinda' the same except it can focus in on the light.
