Y = MX + B
7 = X1
2 = Y1
-5 = X2
-10 = Y2

-10-2 = -12
-5 - 7 = -12
M (slope) is 1

Use the coordinate (7, 2)

2 = 1(7) + b
2 = 7 + B
Subtract 7 from both sides to keep your equation even
B equals -5

Y = X -5
