Area = pi * r^2
A = 3.14 * 7.6^2
A = 181.37

In short, Your Answer would be 181.37 cm^2

to find the area the formule is pi(r^2)      pi(radius times radius)  
3.1416 (7.6(7.6)) =  181.458816
