Can anyone help me with this question? I need 1 limiting factor that might limit the size of population of a Lizard.

I can name a few:

1.) Their habitat/terrain can change drastically and cause them to die.
2.) Their source of food may perish and they wouldn't be able to eat.
3.) Predators may prey on them too much.
