This is a true statement. Because, every square is a regular quadrilateral, and every regular quadrilateral is a square. Also, because a regular quadrilateral has 4 sides and a square has 4 sides, so the sides are all congruent (equal or same).

yes that is true becuase a quadrilateral is a square but its just a different name for a square
