Okay, so slope-intercept form is y=mx+b, where "m" is the slope and "b" is the y-intercept.

2x-6y=6 (Add 6y to both sides)

2x=6y+6 (subtract 6 from both sides)

6y= 2x - 6 (divide all terms by 6 to isolate the y)

y = 2/6x - 1 (simplify your fraction)

y = 1/3x -1
