Since it's an estimation, round 3.24 to the nearest whole number, which is 3, then just divide, the answer is 0.06586..... Did you mean 82 divided by 3.24? (82÷3.24 or 3.24/82) then, round 3.24 to 3 and divide, the answer is 27.333 or 27.
