Find the value that makes the equation 4x-10=6x+5 true

Firstly, subtract both sides by 4x: [tex] -10=2x+5 [/tex]

Next, subtract both sides by 5: [tex] -15=2x [/tex]

Lastly, divide both sides by 2 and your answer will be [tex] -7.5=x [/tex]
